After almost nine years of fighting, BILLIONS of misdirected taxpayers dollars, thousands of United States military and hundreds of thousands of Iraq citizens DEAD, the United States  military is leaving…..pulling out …. well almost.

Left behind is a war torn country with a designer  “Government of National Unity”. Dysfunctional in practice,  a parliament of distrust void of reliability, “representing” inherited historical ethnic hatred with bitter combustible cultural and religious anger.  Most certainly not the government of “National Unity”.

As the American troops depart, the Iraq government is already in crisis. An arrest warrant is issued for the Sunni Vice President.  Each day the serious political crisis translates on to the streets in explosive violent  inhuman suicide deaths creating the atmosphere of turbulence, fear, terror and horror as the world watches.

Who won this war?  NOT the United States….after the invasion and almost nine years occupation by Goliath armies supported by a gigantic military budget larger than all the countries of the world combined, paid by hundreds of billions of misguided taxpayers monies, WHAT REWARD IS THERE?   A peaceful Iraq? A more tranquil Middle East? An earned respect for the United States? Did any of the Bush/Cheney/ predictions materialize? Did the countries of the area topple domino like into the democracies painted by the Bush Administration brush  after the citizens witnessed the American misplaced might in “SHOCK AND AWE” and the following nine years.

The WINNER….is Iraq’s old adversary and neighbor, IRAN, who now has the power and ability to fill the political and military vacuum created and financed by  the US and paid by the struggling US taxpayer, the thousands of military dead and the civilians in the hundreds of thousands.

FOR WHAT?  SHAME!
